Projects included a 269 unit apartment high-rise in Arlington, Virginia; a 105 unit hotel in Alexandria, Virginia; as well as generating take-offs, presenting estimates, ensuring adherence to blueprints, technical drawings, and precision fit and finish.
• Repeatedly contracted by Potomac Valley Builders, LLC to install custom millwork in prominent Virginia and Maryland estates including Salamander Farm in Middleburg, Virginia.
• Contracted by OC Builders for the install of millwork, including meticulous work on a three million dollar renovation in Mclean, Virginia.
• Designed, managed, and constructed a two story addition on a 19th century historic farm house in Loudoun County, Virginia while adhering to the state’s historic preservation building codes.
2005 Tom Pytleski Enterprises
Responsible for crew management and site supervision of framing large custom homes and Assistant Project Manager developing commercial office buildings. Projects produced on schedule with high-quality expectations while adhering to strict deadlines.
1998-2002 Gilford Trim and Millwork
Custom Woodworker/ Cabinet Maker. Duties included building, installing, and finishing custom railings and staircases, elaborate bookcases, mantels and libraries, shaping wood / bending wood, site management and operating commercial woodshop equipment.
