A project Superintendent that took over the job mid-way through the project.
The project consisted of a 22 and 30 story towers 8 levels of parking 4 down
4 up. A pool with a sand beach on 7th floor amenities level that included a bar and snack bar, health spa. 2 restaurants one on the ground floor one on the 7th floor a coffee shop,
Theater and ice cream shop also a mixed use grocery store. I dealt with all city, county
state inspectors. I had to complete the civil end of the project also the closeout of the project with home owner completion. The front 20 townhouses were the hotel end with a concierge desk.

Duties include overseeing all aspects of the day-to-day activities of the construction project. Develop project schedules and monitor work performed by subcontractors to ensure compliance with construction schedules, building/life safety codes and architectural/engineering specifications. Coordinate subcontractors and track delivery of materials to ensure a timely completion.

A 7-story 26 unit waterfront condominium building with one level of parking, social area, exercise room, billiards room and pool/barbeque area.
- RIVA DEL LARGO: Ft, MYERS,FL. $40,000,000
Project consisted of two 22-story condominium towers, with a total of 153 units and 8 penthouses, 4 levels of parking per building, amenities level including theater, social area and bar, concierge’s desk, billiards room and exercise facility. Outdoor amenities included two tennis courts, commercial pool and spa, barbeque area and picnic areas.

Project consisted of 2-8 story condominiums with 49 units per building. Amenities included theater, Social area, exercise room, bar area, commercial pool and spa.
