Project Manager
I have extensive construction management experience, beginning as a cost estimator and superintendent, then a contract administrator, followed by 5 years as a project manager, and most recently as a self-employed contractor. In total, I have over 15 years of experience reviewing specifications, construction documents, preparing RFPs and cost estimates. I have routinely attended design consultations, pre-bid meetings and construction project meetings. I have been responsible for recording and distributing meeting minutes, project schedules, and keeping detailed files of up to 60 separate projects simultaneously.
I am well versed at all the field related computer applications.
