SELECTED ACCOMPLISHMENTS
• Accelerated construction of a $54M 6 MGD Wastewater Treatment Plant project, completing project 4 months early and 4% under anticipated budget. Sanitation District was very pleased with the outcome.
• Estimated and awarded a $36 M Lift Station and Pipeline Project. Worked with Engineer and Owner on a design-build basis for build out and completion of system. Final contract value for this project was decreased to approximately $34.5M a cost savings to the owner in the amount of $1.5M. Project was completed on time.
• Accelerated construction of a $35M 4.0 MGD Water Treatment Facility project was under way and it was $4M over budget and 12 weeks behind schedule due to Metal cost and Procurement issues. Within 9 months of running the project we had made up all the budget overruns and were 3 weeks ahead of schedule. The project was completed 7 weeks early and 2% under anticipated budget.
• Accelerated construction of an $8.4M 1 MGD Wastewater Treatment Plant project, completing project 42 days early and 2% under anticipated budget.

Project Scope varies from job to job, Civil related construction disciplines but not limited to the following. Water and Wastewater Treatment upgrades, retrofits and new facilities. Sewer and Storm drainage pump stations refurbishment and Telemetry replacement and/or Upgrades, gravity and force main sewer pipeline repair and replacement projects. Also I am experienced in most civil engineering related construction disciplines.
Duties Include: Construction supervision and daily inspections, cost monitoring & control, Preparation of contract proposals, contract administration P & L statements, Subcontractor/Owner material and equipment supply coordination, construction progress monitoring and schedule enforcement, conduct job site safety meetings, review and approval of monthly project billings, change order validation, analysis and approval, enforcement of construction safety practices. Projects scope consisted of two lift stations and 9 miles of gravity and force main sewer pipelines ranging in size of 6†– 102†materials used RCP & HDPE pipe with installation depths to 46’ Depths of up to 46’. The Fruitridge Road Lift Station and Pipeline project also had four (4) railroad crossings and water line relocations, service connections and roadway construction.

Project Constructed Value $35,000,000 - (General Contractor)
Project – Design / Construction of 4.0 MGD Water Treatment Facility and 3 major and 16 minor ground water wells.
Duties Include: Field Construction supervision for all phases of the job, conflict resolution, contract P & L statements and change order proposals, preparing pay requests, project cost monitoring & control, preparing and monitoring construction schedules, Submittal Review of Contractor supplied materials, and the coordination of, and attendance at weekly progress meetings, Preparing field memos & clarifications.

Project Scope consisted on the design of commercial and residential improvements for the Elk Grove Water District
Duties Include: ongoing improvement plan check services, project management and inspection services for all water system improvements for the water agency serving approximately 14,000 service connections. Reviewed current operation and maintenance practices and provided troubleshooting and optimization services related to system operations. Field construction supervision, progress and cost control, Cal-OSHA and FED-OSHA safety rules monitoring & enforcement. Design/Drafting, assistance with the development of company-wide design standards.
