Major: Construction Management
The preceding resume is based on thru December of 2004. After which I was with Kearney for a brief time to help out in the project management department until the opening at Clark Hunt Construction came available. In taking the position at Clark Hunt I have been involved in the same estimating and project management as before.
I was offered a position with Browncorp in Clermont after the death of the owner and his son in June of 2006 and took this opportunity due to the friendship I had developed over 20 years with the deceased owners in order to help in the transition of ownership. My primary duties were estimating and project management. The widows made the determination in January to close the business down and we have just completed the final close out of existing contracts and set up of liquidation of assets.
My forte is estimating, budgeting and project management of large private developments such as Fishhawk Ranch (Tampa), Meadowbrook (Orlando), Hunter’s Creek (Orlando) and many other large developments in central Florida along with shopping center and commercial projects.
Also I am confident with Microsoft Word, Excel and Project along with Agtek earthwork takeoff systems.
Thank you the opportunity to present my resume to you and I look forward to hearing from you.
Sincerely yours,
Mike Cox
