The KCTCS, Gateway Community & Technical College, Mt. Zion Campus, Phase I; with responsibilities including total project development, campus master planning, design and project construction document coordination; project scope, $10 million. Phase I building 34k sq. ft. Bdgt. $8 million. The E. J. Nutter Football Training Center, an 11.5k sq. ft., $3.5 million, football office addition, for the University of Kentucky, Athletic Department; Phases IV & V, of the Wendell H. Accomplishments: In 1991 I reestablished my private practice, completing a general aviation terminal, a historic restoration and renovation work, and other public and private projects. I completed several real estate, concept and development proformas, plans and loan packages for a series of personal care facilities for the elderly, while assisting the City of Grapevine in rewriting their zoning ordinances to accommodate such building types. Adjunct to these projects I published my thesis for a master's degree in architecture.
