I have a degree in Civil Engineering and over 17 years of increasing Project Manager responsibility planning, managing the design, construction and activation of projects. I am looking for an opportunity to add value and continue to develop my skills in construction project management.
SUMMARY:
I have over 17 years of increasing Project Manager responsibility planning and managing the design, construction and activation of projects and over 7 years experience in Facility Management. I worked as a Project Manager over areas of sewage treatment plants, power plants, and metals processing plants, breweries, large administration buildings, aerospace test facilities and clean rooms; project costs ranged from $15 - $75 million. I also lead a group of 16 people responsible for the management of 30 facility buildings, including developing customer needs and producing cost effective alternate solutions to meet needs; which ranged from revised maintenance or replacement of systems, complete renovations of existing buildings and construction of new buildings. I am skilled at defining customer needs, scheduling and budgeting all actions associated with projects, and ensuring on time and under budget performance. I communicate and negotiate in such a way as to produce consensus and actions from people in all positions.
