2007 Hypower, Inc. - Project Manager
Complete management of Disney’s Animal Kingdom Annex Early Site Package and Phase 300 of Palm Bay High School Renovations. DAKL included two new animal barns as well as providing the early infrastructure for the new hotel annex building. PBHS entailed a new cafeteria building, services for a new chiller yard, and renovations to two classroom buildings. Typical duties of project management including submittals, assigning sub-contracts, material purchasing, processing change orders using Accubid, monitoring production using monthly reporting procedures, scheduling, enforcing company policies and safety standards, hiring of personnel, and maintaining regular communication with the general contractors and project teams.
