Direct interface between Company, Client /Owner, and A/E for overall project coordination and implementation, from conceptual design through close-out.
This includes all form of contract evaluation (EPC, GMP, CM, CM [at] Risk, GC, etc.), all preconstruction planning, evaluation, and value engineering. Development of project bid packages and scope documents, project estimating and purchasing, production of, and updating project schedules, development, execution and monitoring of project budgets, requisitions and billing, subcontract negotiation, implementation and coordination, monitoring compliance of all safety programs and OSHA requirements, quality control inspection, commissioning and start-up.
