My name is John Lange and I am currently searching for full time work as a construction manager/superintendent. I feel that I possess qualities that make me a valued employee and a certain asset to the company that employs me.
I have met many challenges in my years of work experience through determination, self motivation and willingness to complete tasks which benefit all concerned. My work history clearly illustrates a personal growth while utilizing these traits. The professional nature, committment to attendance and thrill to succeed are qualities that I bring to my work enviroment on a daily basis.
The buisness that you specialize in has intrigued me over the years that I have participated in completing similar projects. I have performed supervisory skills related to the start/completion of residential communities, commercial buildings and multi-story construction within the Tampa surroundings. I have also managed new and remediation projects of road and parking lot construction while following FDOT, ADA and municipal guidelines.
These projects involved my interaction with municipal plans review and permitting departments, architectual/civil engineering firms, project sub-contractors, municpal inspectors, sales/marketing teams and project owner representatives. These experiences have all broadened my knowledge in infrastrucure construction and have driven my successes and passion towards construction.
I would greatly appreciate an oppurtunity to interview for a position within your company which would lead to our mutual satisfaction.
Best regards,
John Lange
