RESPONSIBILITIES:
Give Team Members necessary schedules of material to be processed and shipped to customers.
Dealing with customer supply issues.
Working directly with shipping personnel to insure schedules are met.
Communicating what requirements are needed for daily schedule.
Supplying both information and equipment necessary to team members for daily operation.
Dealing directly with maintenance personnel to get machinery up and running as soon as possible.
Training new team members in the proper way to run equipment using the correct tools and safety equipment.

testing and Labeling correctly. Before shipment is made.
Dealing with absenteeism.
Problem solving - issues with engineers on how to run new material, by how it runs on the mills.
Taking inventory of stock on hand, so that next day schedule can accommodate missing materials
needed to meet customer requirements.
Maintaining operation of equipment and meeting schedule requirements .
.Assigning employees to positions necessary to meet schedule requirements.
