Project Manager
With the support of a core team of one office manager and two engineers at the office in Mexico City standardized forms and procedures were created, taught and implemented to successfully complete the following projects.
• New Bumper Line Paint Shop Project at Honda Guadalajara, Mexico
• Two Shutdown operations for oven expansion, booth expansion and HVAC rebuilds at Honda Guadalajara, Mexico.
• Booth Expansion project at Nissan Mississippi, change over from manual to robotic application.
• Paint Shop upgrade to building steel raising body clearance level by 4" throughout 35% of production area at Honda Guadalajara, Mexico.
• Paint Shop upgrade doubling pretreatment capacity at Nissan in Cuernavaca, Mexico
All projects were completed within the schedule and exceeded profit targets. Duties included leading all phases of the project life cycle including writing subcontracts, finding qualified local sub contractors, solicitation for bids, negotiation, award and execution.
