➢ Responsible for scheduling, planning and coordination of all interior finish trades from drywall through punch list, for timely completion of all rooms and suites.
➢ Worked with contractors and materials from all around the world to complete and turn over early. Punch list completed two weeks ahead of schedule for Grand Opening.
SUPERINTENDENT Atlantis Phase III Oct 2006-Mar 2007
➢ Hotel, Water Park and Numerous Pools - Construction Cost - $450 Million
➢ Responsible for construction of 20 high-end cabanas, 4 adult pools, 1 condo pool and 5 amenities and concession stands.
➢ Supervised from site grading to punch-list, including all underground utilities, earthwork, concrete work and building construction.
➢ Project began 3 months behind original start date and finished only 3 weeks off original schedule with minimal impact to construction budget.
SUPERINTENDENT Casino Night Club Expansion Feb - Oct 2006
➢ 27,000 Sq. Ft., 3 Level Nightclub, Casino & BOH - Construction cost - $21 Million
➢ Coordination, scheduling, and planning of exterior and rough trades to complete site-work, MEP install, concrete, structural steel, concrete block work, roofing and exterior facade.
➢ Project included high limit casino addition, award-winning nightclub operated by Pure Group in Las Vegas and BOH area with state of the art surveillance room.
➢ Laundry Expansion - $11 Million, New Warehouse - $10 Million
➢ Responsible for scheduling, planning and coordination of all contractors to construct a new warehouse for the Atlantis hotel, which included 12 truck bays, freezers, coolers and office space.
➢ Laundry expansion consisted of new truck bays, newly installed overhead trolley system and numerous laundry equipment and machinery.
