President, Owner
I founded Cushco to fulfill my lifelong dream of owning my own construction company. At Cushco, I was responsible for all duties associated with the day to day operations of a small General Contractor. The commercial side of Cushco averaged two to three jobs per year in the $45,000 to $175,000 range, mostly tenant build out, with some freestanding structures. The company assisted clients with site selection, Layout, drafting, permitting and all other aspects for a turnkey job. The residential side of Cushco designed, financed, constructed and marketed an average of six homes per year in the $2000,000 to $275,000 range with several architectural custom builds in excess of $750,000.
