Senior Construction Manager
Selected for a five-person team that created this spin-off company and produced revenues of $10 million within three years of startup. Directly responsible for creating business and operational plans, as well as operational equipment and systems (a patented process) and development of client base.
• Played a key role in R&D resulting in award-winning (1993 Nova Award) waste and contaminant control processes, techniques and devices still in use today by government agencies, commercial, municipal, industrial and private sector clients.
• Developed an equipment maintenance system that significantly decreased down time and maintained equipment value.
• Advised Corps of Engineers on the $2.5 million Geiger Oil Superfund cleanup, Charleston, SC.
• Directed $10.8 million in-situ stabilization/fixation of soil and underwater sediment coal tar contamination, Wisconsin Fuel & Light.
• Managed installation of 200’ methane and leachate collection shafts for solid waste landfill project ($1 million), West Salem, MI.
