Project consists of 7 buildings and a parking structure
250 acre master planned Village in remote area at West Mountain, 100 miles north of Boise, Idaho. The project consisted of 3 five story buildings, 4 four story buildings, interconnected underground parking structure, extensive water features and landscaping.
The first floors of all buildings were dedicated to 35,000 SF of commercial and retail spaces including restaurants, theaters, disco tech, and schools. Two separate architectural firms were involved which divided the buildings and required a comprehensive management team. ($120 million)

Vintage Zinfandel: A 144 unit complex which was designed to accommodate senior living services. This included elevators and stringent ADA requirements. ($12 million)

Scheduled all projects in the Northern California Division. Performed as a Project Engineer, California State University Sacramento (CSUS) Classroom II Building.
This five story project included complex glazing and sheet metal work. It also included state of the art computer rooms and lecture halls. The HVAC system was at the time part of an experimental program for energy saving techniques. This required interface with multiple engineers and technicians to accomplish the project. ($18 million)
