Parkshore Plaza, Saint Petersburg, FL – 30 story mix use $80 million high rise project. Supervised the finish phase of 119 high end luxury condominiums. Implemented recovery schedules to bring production back to desired level. Created and implemented quality control procedures to be used for all current and future projects. Brought project through closeout. Managed closing and owner move in phase of both residential and retail units.
