Johnson & Johnson HeadQuarter Building (2007)
4-story commercial office building with 2 basements for parking and services on a 1.26 acre plot in Dubai HealthCare City in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The project consisted of 85,000 sq. ft of office space (130,000 sq. ft built-up area) with a 200-car parking on two basement floors. The post-tensioned concrete structure contained 2 Server rooms and 2 telecom rooms (requiring extensive structured cabling) and state of the art security and Building management systems. Generators and back-up UPS systems. The building had to be connected to the district cooling system via heat exchangers installed on premise.
Al Nahda II Commercial/Residential Building (2007)
14-story commercial/residential building with 1 basement for parking and services on a .69 acre plot in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The project consisted of 10,000 sq. ft. of retail/office and 193,000 sq. ft. of residential space - these included one- and two-bedroom apartments with gym and sauna facilities on the penthouse floor. Parking for 82 vehicles on basement and ground floors. The scope of work included all shoring and piling works, post-tensioned concrete structure, with aluminum cladding and curtain-wall external finishes and high-quality internal finishes. Building management system was incorporated into MEP services. Building had to be constructed adjacent to an existing tower.
Al WarqA Residence (2007)
4-story residential building with 1 basement for services on a 0.6 acre plot in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The project consisted of 30 apartments covering a total floor space of 71,000 sq. ft. Parking for 32 vehicles on basement and ground floors. The scope of work included piling work, reinforced concrete structure, with painted exterior with curtain-wall detailing and high-quality internal finishes. Construction had to be carried out between existing structures on 2 sides.

Emarat New Image Toufan Filling Station (2006)
New image filling station for Emirates Petroleum Corporation (EMARAT) in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The facility, constructed on a total area of 1.21 acres, contained a 12-dispenser filling station, a convenience store with offices, chiller room, McDonald’s cafeteria, car wash, vacuum bays, various vehicle maintenance shops and a bakery. Structures consisted of Steel structure in convenience store and main canopy and concrete structures for vehicle maintenance stores.
Ajman Vehicle Testing Center (2006)
New image vehicle testing center for Emirates Petroleum Corporation (EMARAT) in Ajman, United Arab Emirates. This first of its kind vehicle testing enters covered an area of 2.96 acres. Containing three vehicle testing bays, a 8-dispenser filling station, convenience store, bakery, vehicle registration center, police inspection offices, staff accommodation and plant rooms, the project was the first to use high-tech computerized vehicle testing equipment and established a new look for the EMARAT brand name. The project called for close coordination with client, mechanical engineers, specialized contractors and architects to ensure final product was acceptable to client and endusers (Ajman Police).

New image vehicle testing center for Emirates Petroleum Corporation (EMARAT) in Fujairah, United Arab Emirates. The total covered area of 2.96 acres contained three vehicle testing bays, a small cafeteria, vehicle registration center, police inspection offices, staff accommodation and plant rooms. The facility was constructed with provisions for future expansion. The facility was primarily steel structures with two reinforced concrete buildings.
