• 3M Touch System, Methuen, MA – $1.7M project that included three laboratories, cafeteria, and food preparation area. Upgraded lobby with product demonstration, executive conference rooms, and 9,000 sq. ft. office fit out.
• Thermo Fisher, Waltham, MA – 12,000 sq.ft. office fit-out and cafeteria upgrades, including new office/conference construction and expanded cafeteria area with upgraded finishes.
• MATEP (Medical Area Total Energy Plant, Boston, MA - Dry coil removal project. Relocated refrigerant vent line, drained glycol, and installed two new redundant pumps and two new redundant heat exchangers.
• MATEP, Boston, MA – $1.2M demineralization system replacement (connect three x 150 GPM and new mixed-bed deionizers, two x 50 GPM, to existing system). Installed make-up water heating system and upgraded existing equipment instrumentation.
• MATEP, Boston, MA – Replaced two 3,000T chillers, two chilled water pumps, switchgear, and boiler.
• MATEP, Boston, MA – High voltage tie-in (three 13.8 Kv power distribution lines), including new switchgear installation, miscellaneous building repairs, and fire safing.
