overall archaic operation providing the necessary means to successfully bid and manage a multitude of projects with limited accounting and administration staff. Under our JOC (Job Order Contracting) contracts we were able to manage over 100 projects at any given time with an office staff of three (3) individuals.
• Led the financial planning, forecasting and budgeting activities securing an unprecedented $3.5 million line of credit (from a mere $0.6 million). Managed, oversaw and directed the annual auditing process. Prepared schedules for Certified Audits and Government Tax Returns
