Objective To secure a full time position in the construction industry supervising Tenant Improvement and general construction projects.
Summary of qualifications 1978 – March, 2009 Phoenix, AZ area
Customer Service Representative / Project Superintendent
 I started my construction experiences as a Customer Service Representative for UDC Homes. Within 3 years I was running construction activities at multiple locations with several persons under my supervision. I eventually built a 220 apartment complex for Crow Western where I was observed and hired by Koll Construction as a Superintendent. My experiences are both out-of-the-ground and very high-end Tenant Improvement work.
Professional experience 1993 – March, 2009 Stevens Leinweber Construction Phoenix, AZ
Project Superintendent
 SLC is primarily an Interiors General Contractor, although at times they take on shell projects, of which I have been involved from time to time. A large part of my time was spent in high-end work, working with large attorney firms on complex jobs. Included in this document is a partial list of projects I have worked on over the years; many data centers included in those projects.
 I also revised the SLC safety manual for all construction activities and led the company to mandatory bi-monthly Safety Meetings for personnel training and awareness. The previous manual was generic and did not accurately state the company policies.
1985 – 1993 Koll Construction Phoenix, AZ

 Koll Construction was both a shell and interiors GC. My experiences with them were both, with my first exposure to TI work being the FBI suite in downtown Phoenix.

 I received my Associates Degree.
