Project Manager/Superintendent - Acts Housing Developers, Inc. Ltd. – Responsible for the construction of a 160 unit multi-family complex in Midland, Texas: May 1999 to June 2000
My duties initiated with the supervision of site work and underground utilities and ending with the completion of the final punch list. Duties were all encompassing, from bidding the job out to the day-to-day management and scheduling of sub-contractors and vendors. Quality control and trash clean up are always a high priority.
Project Manager/Superintendent - Reeder General Contractors on the contract to build five library additions at five different elementary school locations for Ector County Independent School District. 1998
As the onsite construction project manager, I was involved in all phases of the contract from the initial successful bidding process to the final punch list resolution. My responsibilities included but were not limited to the daily management and scheduling of all subcontractors, deliveries and ordering materials as well as quality control. I also worked closely with the architects and representatives of ECISD.
