SURVEYING
Proficient in Land Companion Enabled Map 2008, Civil 3d 2008 and 2009, Field Survey 2007 and Land Development Desktop 2007. Proficient in Trimble Geomatics and Trimble conversion software packages for LDD. Abilities include title research, compilation of all title information and coordination with lead title officers to
assure all title information is reflected accurately for Tentative
Plats, Final Plats, Alta's etc. Computation, calculation and
drafting of Final Plats, Tentative Plats, ALTA surveys, Boundary
surveys, Topographical surveys, Site Plans, Concept Designs, Plot
Plans, etc. Project Manager for CAD department overseeing all aspects
of Drafting and digital information compilation, including but not
limited to GPS data, TDS data, conversion formats from Architectural
firms, download of USGS data, conversion of county and city GIS data
for use with planning, and state plane conversion. Project Manager
for all phases of Tentative Plat and Final Plat creation and
implementation including but not limited to: actual AutoCAD
drafting, calculation of all mathematical information associated with
platting process, writing of legal descriptions for parcels and
easements, right of way access, annexation, protected peaks and
ridges, and disturbance areas. Liaison between public entity,
developer, architect, environmental engineer and surveyor to update
and accurately reflect all current information regarding changes and
breakdowns of mathematical changes. Work with Landscape Artist to
accurately establish road right of ways with topographical areas, and
then coordinate with engineering firms to establish best
mathematical solutions for grading, right of way route and lot
design.
