Campus was designed to accommodate PTO employees totaling approximately 3000-4000 staff and was valued in the $700 million range. Construction utilized a combination of precast concrete cell modules and concrete precast panels in a two story configuration. Project included a 500,000 gallon per day (GPD) waste water treatment plant upgrade.
