Coordinated activities of subcontractors and company personnel in successful construction of numerous speculation and turn-key projects. Scope of projects included plot layout, excavation and grading, foundations, basement concrete and masonry, framing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, all inspections, drywall, and all interior work to completion. Enforced all OSHA and GA-OSHA safety regulations. Was in charge of subcontractor bill meetings.
Oversaw between 4 and 5 subdivisions and managed 30 to 35 homes at a time that were under some phase of construction.
Built between 300 and 400 homes. Homes averaged 4,100 sq. ft. in size and were priced from $160K to $300K.
Also built 4-5 custom homes that were priced from $1.4M to $1.8M.

Recently, as a Superintendent/Builder for Legacy Communities, LLC in Atlanta, Georgia, I constructed single family and multi-residential homes throughout the Atlanta area where I coordinated the activities of subcontractors and company personnel in the successful construction of numerous speculation and turn-key projects. I oversaw between four and five subdivisions and managed thirty to thirty-five homes at a time that were under some phase of construction. I built between three hundred and four hundred homes. I also built four to five custom homes that were priced from $1.4M to $1.8M. You will see that I consistently completed projects an average of thirty days before their deadline dates.
Previously, as an Electrical Supervisor for Peachtree Electric in Fayetteville, Georgia, I managed subcontractor crews in twelve different subdivisions where I scheduled out jobs, read blueprints, laid out houses, and worked with electrical inspectors as well as builders and homeowners.
