ï¶ Renovation of office space for the Jesuit Conference Center, which included the demolition and rebuild of c. 1910 building space. This involved special challenges with the upgrade of electricity and mechanical systems, as well as restrictions in height requirements and placement of architectural design elements. 2007
ï¶ Interior Construction of sustainable (green) office space for The Washington Examiner which included mechanical and electrical systems for their LAN/WAN servers. The sustainable materials used throughout the project included: NO-VOC paints, NO-VOC adhesives, recycled ceiling tiles, FSC Certified woods, and regionally supplied glass. 2006

Tenant Construction Coordinator
As tenant construction coordinator, my duties consisted of overseeing the development of new tenant spaces.
