Summary of prior experience:
Manage and coordinate subcontractor’s to ensure that the project scope is built according to plans, specifications, schedules and cost limits.
Manage, oversee and coordinate all facets of construction including post-construction activities and project turnover.
Responsible for day-to-day construction management of field staff and operations, pre-construction meetings, daily reports, project schedule, and RFI’s ensuring the project meets all standards.
Review subcontractor’s construction schedule, submittals and schedule of values.
Responsible for coordination with all pertinent public agencies during construction to comply with all on and off-site work.

I began my construction industry career in 1997 with M. Dematteo Construction Co. on the multi billion-dollar "Big Dig" project in Boston, Massachusetts. Since then my construction experience has grown to include both field and office positions ranging from Superintendent to Project Engineer. In addition to my exposure with a multi billion-dollar heavy civil project, my qualifications include a proven record in the commercial building environment. $1.5 million. Two-story interior tenant improvement with new exterior elevator and storefront additions. Site development also included.
• Sacramento County Courthouse Spectator and Jury Seating Remodel, Sacramento, CA.
$715,000. Six-story, 46-courtroom renovation. Abate/demo original courtroom interiors and install new flooring and jury and public seating ensuring ADA requirements are attained.
• Sacramento County District Attorneys Office Restroom Remodel, Sacramento, CA.
$489,000. Four-story restroom remodel. Abate/demo and rebuild 8 restrooms ensuring that ADA requirements are attained.
• Sacramento County Administration Building Restroom Remodel, Sacramento, CA.
$416,000. Seven-story restroom remodel. Abate/demo and rebuild 12 restrooms ensuring ADA requirements are attained.
• Rio Consumes Correctional Center Water Filtration Resource Expansion, Sacramento, CA.
$386,000. Install multiple water storage tanks and water resource center for additional facility water supply.
• Sacramento County Crime Lab Evidence Storage Expansion and Remodel, Sacramento, CA.
$254,000. Demo and expand interior office space creating new evidence storage security rooms with a new secure evidence receiving area.
