Major projects included:
- Construction of new 14 suite Emergency room and 2nd floor Auditorium
- Renovation of an Existing Emergency room area, in 5 Phases, while occupied.
- Construction of a 20,000 sq.ft. Hematology unit
- Renovation of Harold Washington Hall, Chicago State University
- Construction of new 15,000 sq. ft. Radiology unit

Construction Field Manager 2003 to 2005
Field manager representing the Chicago Public School Corporation as the owner’s representative on various construction and renovation projects on Chicago High Schools. From contract award to punch-list close out, insured that all work was completed in accordance with contract specifications. Projects ranged from $350,000 to $5,000,000 and included:
- Power upgrades, Roof replacement, Major tuck pointing
- Window and Door Replacement, Fire Alarm upgrades

Construction Manager 1999 to 2002
Project Manager for the construction of a 21 million dollar, 4 story elementary school and gymnasium, which required the coordination of 22 prime contractors. From contract pre-award to punch-list close out, responsible for insuring all work was completed on time and in accordance with contract specifications. Developed specifications and cost estimates for change orders, received and approved contractor pay requests. Contract included:
- Demo of 4- story existing school building, including asbestos abatement and underground oil tank removal
- Re-alignment of a major traffic thru fare
- Completion of the project on a tight 24 month schedule

Construction Manager 1998 to 1999
Supervised all construction activity on a wide variety of projects. Insured that projects were completed to the client’s expectations, for quality, safety, budget and schedule. Developed project specifications, solicited and evaluated bids, held pre and post award meetings with contractors, and awarded contracts to the lowest qualified bidders. Projects included:

- Removal of Powered Paint production line
