• Assisted in the development and implementation of the construction management plan, site logistics plan, and health and safety plan in conjunction with the Massachusetts Port Authority and Marriott International, Inc.

• Managed and coordinated 80% of the interior fit out in a very complex and logistically challenging site
Chief of Party and Superintendent – Northeastern University College of Computer Science and Student Residences Buildings G and H, Boston, MA (09/2002 – 04/2004)
• Assumed Chief of Party role midstream, reconfigured and managed setup, implementation, and monitoring of building control (line and grade) for the $70 million GMP project consisting of two buildings (one metal panel 17 story high rise and one brick masonry radius and segmented 6 story low rise) assembled simultaneously on one urban site with a combined total of 301,000 square feet of classrooms, faculty offices, and residential apartment units, as well as site work and site utilities
• Lead responsibility of the building envelope for Building G and interior construction of Building G
