Coordinated complete Design Development Report, Construction Plans and Permitting for a 1.2 MGD Waste Water Treatment Plant for on-site private sewer, supervising construction, to operation.

Hotel Consultant for complete design of 10 story hotel, 500 room, 30,000 square feet of meeting space. Assisted Architect with complete estimating for construction, and Owner with Hotel Construction Budget. Owner sold plans to Builder for one million dollar profit.
