I’m presently the Lead Project Superintendent overseeing the entire tenant build out of the
35 story Legg Mason Tower on the waterfront in Baltimore, Maryland’s famous inner
Harbor. I have several superintendents and assistant superintendents under my direct
Supervision. I schedule all subcontractor work, update the overall project schedule
Write all RFI’s, chair the subcontractor weekly meeting and the owner and architect
weekly meeting. I track the project budget, all inspections. I manage and enforce the

My responsibilities were to manage the entire construction of the largest project in the history of the company. The project was the national headquarters of the Securities and Exchange Commission. The construction team consisted of multiple project mangers, assistant project managers, numerous superintendents and a day to day work force exceeding 400 tradesmen. I was an integral part of the pre-construction team, and also directed the site set up. I reviewed all scopes and sub contractor buy outs. The project had many challenges being built in such close proximity to The National Capitol with all of the security requirements, let alone after the Sept 11th attacks. The project was started a month late but was still completed on schedule and we exceeded our pre-construction profit margin by 5%. I also developed a punch list program and a quality control program which was later adopted as company policy.
1995 –2003 HITT Contracting - Fairfax, Virginia.
HITT Contracting is the number one interior contractor in the Mid Atlantic and one of the top 75 contractors in the entire United States (Engineering News Record), with yearly gross sales near $700 million dollars. They specialize in very high end complex interior, commercial and corporate construction. The company has over 700 employees and works in most of the 50 states. HITT also built the only LEED platinum school, Sidwell Friends (Chelsea Clinton’s school) to date in the United States.

I worked on many high end law firms, corporate projects, and many base buildings. My duties included but not limited to, the day to day management and organization of the entire project, supervising the superintendents and manpower, updating schedules bi-weekly, conducting both subcontractor and owner project meetings and updating meeting minutes. The company was very detailed in all aspects of the way the field was managed. I kept a very clean and safe jobsite at all times. My paper work was always detailed and precise. I also established construction operations, I wrote and processed RFI’s, and monitored quality control and the close out program. I constantly walked my projects and reinforced quality over and over again. I would never accept average or just OK.

• Freddie Mac Data Center: Herndon, Virginia. This is one of Freddie Mac’s largest data centers in the U.S. The data center was equipped with both FM-200 and Pre-Action sprinklers systems for fire suppression.
