Construction Management
I have over twenty years of experience in the construction field. I have developed and honed my project management skills working for a developer and construction management firms for the past eleven years. In addition to my extensive background in project management, I have spent the last year working as Director of Construction for Triton Middle East, LLC. Prior to this I spent eighteen months working as a Project Manager and Senior Project Manager for a real estate developer. Initially I was hired as a Project Manager by Triton Real Estate Partners, an Annapolis, Maryland based developer to manage the condominium conversion of the Gallery Apartment complex. As Project Manager for Triton my responsibilities included reviewing drawings, permit coordination, contract negotiation and construction oversight while acting as the owner’s representative on site. Six months after being hired, I was promoted to the role of Senior Project Manager for Triton Construction Management, LLC a new company under Triton. As Senior Project Manager, I was responsible for all aspects of construction for all of our conversion projects. I am seeking an opportunity to exercise my considerable knowledge and expertise. I look forward to new challenges and to establish myself with a dynamic team.
