My Primary responsibility is to direct the day-to-day field construction activities for projects . including directing and supervising multiple subcontractors and providing quality control checks to ensure the best possible product in accordance with the Quality Control Plan.
I act as a point of contact with architects, engineers, consultants, local governing officials, and customers on projects in the field as well as manage, coordinate and motivate subcontractors and vendors on projects in the field.
I Supervise the construction effort in the field to ensure that the project is completed in accordance with design, budget, schedule, and customer objectives. Coordinate the material and equipment requirements with planned engineering and construction schedules.
I develop and update Project Construction schedules to ensure timely completion. I Supervise, coordinate and schedule subcontractors and job site operations.
I monitor subcontractor's progress and ensure man power is adequate in order to meet project schedule and customer expectations.
I verify layout with field engineers and the establishment of initial control lines and grades. I ensures craftsmen maintain the established horizontal and vertical controls.
I ensure that subcontractors are maintaining as built drawings during the course of construction.
I participate in pre-construction planning, including logistics, means and methods, bid and scope reviews, and project estimates.
I provide technical direction in construction methods to craft supervisors and foremen to attain required quality control.
I prepare daily superintendent's reports, safety reports, QA/QC reports. Maintain an up-to-date set of contract documents on site.
I enforce compliance with all project procedures, safety program requirements, and work rules.
I conduct regular on-site meetings with subcontractors, vendors and others as appropriate with respect to schedule, safety issues, and other matters relating to performance in the field.

Green Bay project – Abu Dhabi UAE. $2 billion+ office complex and $8 billion industrial complex currently in design.
Women’s hospital Dubai UAE $700million+ hospital in pre-construction and design
KIMA 2 project-Indonesia $20 million industrial project consisting of power plant and waste water treatment facility to support the industrial complex.
Vidorra Condominiums- San Antonio Texas. $48 million project. 20 story 150 custom condos 6 story pre-cast parking garage, swimming pool, site utilities and public improvements.
Caribbean tower resort- Myrtle Beach South Carolina. $38+ million Condo/ Hotel.20 story 178 units 2,3and 4 bedroom. Indoor swimming pools, Spas and lazy river. 6 story parking deck with retail space.
UNC Science complex-University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. $86 million physical science lab and biological research buildings. Underground Utility relocation consisting of Steam line, 30†chilled water lines, power and data duct banks.
American Hebrew Academy- Greensboro North Carolina $20+million private school complex consisting of 2 40,000 sf classroom buildings, biological Science and chemistry laboratories Geo-thermal pump house/stadium, 14 bay covered parking garage, 90,000 sf Athletic center with a 4,400 sf heated pool, basket ball court

Reliant Stadium- Houston, Texas $350+ million NFL/Rodeo stadium 1.9 million sf 72,000 seating capacity with a retractable translucent Teflon coated fiberglass fabric roof. Portable natural grass playing surface. Concessions and souvenir shops
DHL Worldwide Express- Cincinnati, Ohio $175 million project consisting of approximately 500,000 sf package sorting facility, Aircraft maintenances building, emergency power degeneration building, office/truck loading dock building with associated site work that includes new roads, parking lots, taxiways, Aircraft deicing pad and 100 acres of aircraft apron to support DHL’s Air to Air and Air to ground Hub operations.
AutoZone Ballpark- Memphis, Tennessee $71 million AAA baseball complex consisting of $50 million baseball stadium (12,000 seats), $8 million eight-story parking deck, and $13 million renovation of eight-story building listed on the National Registry of Historical Buildings. The 180,000 sf renovated building contains administrative offices, a souvenir shop and concessions
Phillips Arena- Atlanta Georgia $185 million project consisting of $135 million multi-use 20,000 seat Arena. Home of the Atlanta Hawks and the Atlanta Thrashers. $50 million public improvements consisting of two parking decks, renovation to CNN center and CNN parking deck, selective demolition and reconstruction of a MARTA train station while in operation including a four bent bridge structure for new road and plaza over train station.
Nations Bank Tower- Charlotte North Carolina. $45 million 30-story office complex. Steel frame structure
Atlanta Federal Center- Atlanta Georgia $280 million federal project 2.2 million sf office complex consisting of one 25 story office building a 10 story office building a 10 story parking deck and the renovation of a 8 story office building.
South winds- Sandestin Florida,$22 million 18 story condo and a 100,000 sf parking deck.
