Also included installation of new specialty tile flooring at entrance which displayed the emblems of the CT State Police within the tile.

Renovation to existing building consisting of 6-story structural frame building. Renovations include removing existing finishes, installation of new steel bracing on each floor to update structural system. New laboratories were constructed in center core of the building space on 2 floors; other floors included new classrooms and office spaces.
Ruth A. Haas Library, Western Connecticut State University,
Danbury, CT ($13 million)
Addition to existing building consisting of 45,000 s.f., 5-story, structural steel frame on an augured pile foundation system, and brick exterior with CMU backup. Renovation to existing 50,000 s.f. facility including total demolition and renovation of interior partitions, mechanical and electrical system. Existing building exterior consisting of precast concrete panels were removed from existing structural steel frame and reconstructed in masonry. Concrete foundation and structural steel for addition were completed while building was still occupied. Building completed 6 months ahead of schedule.

DC USA, Washington, DC ($9 million)
Construction of approximately 120,000 s.f. of retail shopping space. The project is located in the metropolitan DC area as part of an urban revitilization project. Daily coordination with the base building contractor and other GC’s on site. Construction schedule was 7 months. The stores include:
