Assignment 4: Architectural Compliance and Field Contract Administration of the complete renovation of three elementary schools for the Baldwin Park Unified School District (Projects of $2.8 million each, multiple-prime contracts). Mission included Field Coordination, on site Detailing, holding site meetings, progress reporting, Requests for Information (RFI) and Change Orders Management.
Assignment 5: School modernization of three high schools in the San Diego area simultaneously, $3.5 million each. Mission included Contract Management, Change Order management, Estimating and Progress Reporting in addition to the Biddability & Constructability (QA/QC) review of the bid documents for the summer 2000 group of San Diego City Schools, California.
Assignment 6: Program Manager of the Fire Alarm System Upgrade Design projects for 16 schools in Central Los Angeles. Program completed on time and under budget.
