I have more than twenty years of extensive experience in corporate interior design, project management and core & shell construction.
My corporate and not-for-profit clients have enjoyed financial success and satisfaction in development and construction projects from my commitment and extensive expertise. As Sr. Project Manager, I lead and manage all elements of the project from planning to design, engineering through construction and commissioning for maximum overall performance. As an owner’s representative I become the client’s trusted advisor and provide appropriate guidance and recommendations to ensure projects are on schedule and result in financial success.
My first priority is to gain a complete understanding of the client’s culture and goals. I become involved in the entire scope from the start helping develop a clear project vision and strategy. Some of project planning tasks I am responsible for include, site selection, master budget and schedules, team selection, architectural and engineering design, bids and construction management, equipment and furniture, occupancy and close-out.

• The Church of Scientology of New York: Install additional steel to existing columns from roof dunnage to basement to provide structural support roof top 700 SF LED sign while church was operating.
• Center for Automotive Training & Education 4 acre site – 90,000 SF Educational facility
• Union Baptist Church: 3 acre - New 30,000 SF Church and administration offices.
Another facet of my experience is being a resource to the real estate brokerage team; I have developed components required for real estate portfolio analysis, lease language, budgets and space utilization for leasing transactions such as:
