Site Construction Manager/Superintendent
I am currently working for the above firm who is a leader in project delivery and design built concepts for Customer Contact/Technology Driven Facilities. Samplings of my national clients are Startek, Amazon.Com, DirecTV, and Alliance Data. My responsibility is constructing projects with extremely tight schedules, aggressive budgets, and to the highest quality of finish work. These projects vary from renovations or transformation of existing facilities to “Ground Up†commercial buildings. Many of my projects are structural steel/concrete tilt up structures with raised computer floors to serve the intense data needs of the client. Due to the remote locations from my corporate office my assigned project responsibilities include construction schedules and budgets to meet the client’s expectation. All of my projects have finished within the time constraints and under budget. For this reason my clients request that I build and construct their facilities when available for Fre Resources. By project definition and responsibilities I am directly involved in subcontractor procurement/selections, establishing budgets, schedules, and value engineering as a day to day activity prior to the project’s commencement. During construction I manage the site activities and project documentation to meet the requirements on all assigned projects.
