Qualifications Summary
My career reflects a record of steadily increasing responsibility, challenge and recognition. I am skilled at the initiation and completion of estimates (reading contract documents to completion of final contract negotiation). I have supervised and managed field personnel including interfacing with General Contractors and their superintendents on electrical projects in the public works, industrial, commercial and residential arenas. I relate well with managers, co-workers and the public. I work well independently and under pressure of deadlines. I have proven crew management skills as well as projects development and coordination abilities. I am self motivated, stable and have knowledge and skill with the tools and equipment used in the electrical industry.
Experience
Trenching and compacting of electric underground. Preparation and placement of manholes, vaults, Christy boxes and transformer pads (both poured and ready made). Placement of switchgear to 15000 volts. Installation of complete systems in commercial, industrial and residential from foundation up. Troubleshooting and correction. Design and layout. Plus complete estimate.

As you will see, my resume shows a continuing pattern of growth and responsibility. I have owned and operated two electrical contracting companies, Roe Electric in California and C&S Electrical Contractors in Nevada.
I have been responsible for managing all phases of running electrical projects from Nevada to California, including estimating, hiring, and purchasing to making sure jobs are completed on time and on budget. I have been instrumental in finding innovative cost effective ways of completing jobs left unattended and unmanned by previous electrical contractors as well as keeping new jobs running smoothly. I interact well with Project Managers, Electrical Engineers, Architect’s and owners.
