Senior Project Manager Responsibilities include managing other project managers on diverse projects in the $1.0m – $15.0m range including industrial, medical, retail and office building projects while effectively managing other projects.
Responsibilities further include: Communicating with owners, architects, engineers, building officials, lenders and insurance agencies to ensure the successful construction and completion all projects. Coordination of safety inspections on all division projects with private safety consultant.

Pre-cast concrete addition to existing concourse including the relocation and extension of existing jet fuel lines, new flexural concrete tarmac, people movers and jet-bridges. Existing concourse, terminals and fueling remained in operation through the duration of project.
• Senior P.M. - Concord Public Works, Concord, NC – 172,000 SF, ($12.0m). Project consisted of 7 pre-cast concrete buildings on a 12-acre site including a repair shop with OH cranes & waste oil heat, fueling station, office building, warehouse & (3) material storage sheds.
Healthcare/Research
• Lead P.M. – Duke FEL (Free Electron Laser) Laboratory, Duke University – ($5.0m). This research laboratory houses one of the world’s largest free electron lasers for the advancement of FEL physics, nuclear physics, materials science, and biological and biomedical sciences.
• Assistant P.M. – Presbyterian Orthopedic Hospital, Charlotte, NC ($6.0) – Addition of 6 surgical rooms as well as administration and support areas. Existing hospital and surgical rooms remained in operation through the duration of project.

• Senior P.M. - Toringdon I - III Office Park, Charlotte, NC ($14.8m) – Managed project team in the construction of a phased office park consisting of three buildings totaling 230,000 SF and a 300 space pre-cast parking deck.
