I am seeking a superintendent position. My organizational skills, engineering training, construction experience, and environmental commitment make me an excellent candidate. My previous experience includes finishing big box stores, retail tenant improvements and includes government work on two military base commissaries. I am looking for an opportunity to expand my abilities and work on larger and more diverse projects. To that end, I have taken the initiative to be come a LEED AP, complete the OSHA 510 30 hr construction safety training, and Red Cross First Aid and CPR/AED training in preparation for greater responsibilities. At least once a year, for the past several years I’ve been called on to rescue a job in trouble. I report directly to the VP of Operations at Lakeview Construction. Nobody has all the answers, but I have the experience to anticipate the questions and tenacity to get the answers. I am staying in the Houston area and able to relocate or travel, have worked offshore and have a current passport. Thank you for your consideration,
Scott Kerber, LEED AP
