• Successful implementation and vehicle launch of the new added product H3-T at the GM Shreveport Assembly Center by managing bid document development, time cycle studies, drive calculations, drawing approvals, and on-site supervision.
• Health assessment of conveyors preventing downtime and loss production for Michelin North America, Spartanburg, SC Plant for preventative maintenance. Managed and designed several plant layout changes, identifying “bottleneck†areas, and bid document development for the successful implementation of additional storage capacity at other Michelin assembly plants.
• Successfully managed and planned the execution of several bid documents for the consolidation of the Ford Econoline Van final assembly operations from the Lorain Assembly Plant to the Ohio Assembly Plant.
