Hazardous Material, removal of 26 Escalators in two separate rises, and installation of
Temporary Fire Alarm System in lieu of original faulty system in order to maintain
allowable occupancy for upper floors office tenants.
Preservation of select historical elements throughout the building, application of
Spray fireproofing to all structural members and slabs, structural infill of two 7 story
Escalator banks, modernization of 4 high speed passenger elevators.
Helicopter lift of new mechanical equipment including Cooling Towers, Condensing Unit, Outside Air Unit with 2 Heat Recovery Enthalpy Wheels, all associated rooftop ductwork.
Expansion and upgrade of Temporary Fire Alarm System suited to new office construction and integration with separate owner FA system.
Installation of new HVAC system piping, pumps, Heat Exchangers,
self contained VAV units, global building Automated Temperature Control system programming, and commissioning of all equipment and systems.
Coordinated all work impacting existing tenants on top 6 floors through office
building manager and scheduled work according to predetermined times.
Reviewed all monthly request for payment and verified completion percentages and allowable billing.
Managed Suretrak CPM schedule and performed monthly updates.

Managed the interior demolition of 35 floors of offices, installation of new Electrical switchgear and transformers, installation of new heat pump system with 300 stand alone

stairwells to meet static pressure allowances, modernization of 3 high speed passenger elevators, exterior façade stabilization and restoration, coordinated all building inspections
and occupancy certifications with the City of Philadelphia.

Managed interior finishes of Phase 1 Low Rise condominium complex and construction
of central courtyard.
Assisted in construction of Mid Rise Filigree system structure and Precast Panel Installation.

• Dulles Package 6. Job was $400 million dynamic revitalization and new construction at Dulles International Airport.
Assisted in all geotechnical monitoring systems during demolition and excavation along and below Main Terminal building and Control Tower.
Managed all removal of Hazardous Material from Main Terminal and Control Tower.
Assisted in design and implementation of structural underpinning of Western HOK Main Terminal addition while demolition and excavation for train terminal was underway.
Structural Engineer of record was Allyn Kilsheimer of KCE.
Assisted in relocation of 2 escalators within the main terminal building to redirect
passenger flow.
Managed the construction of passenger security checkpoints for TSA at Main Terminal building.
