A professional with more than 25 years of construction supervisory experience. Completed numerous projects in Retail, Industrial, Medical and Tenant Interiors. I have been a team member with Project Managers, Architects, Construction Managers, and various other Client based personnel. I have been responsible for projects from bid, to punch list completion. My duties included, but are not limited to; complete job documentation, daily reports, RFI development, sub-contractor supervision, scheduling, look ahead schedules, quality control, site safety and as built drawings at project completion. I have managed large projects with 100+ employees as well as smaller jobs utilizing only a few sub-contractors. .Projects have ranged from $ 50,000 to over $ 10 million.

The Dick’s Sporting Goods project was delayed for 6 weeks due to permit issues. Was able to motivate subs to work longer hours and some weekends to complete the store on time and within budget.

The Vace Deli were two existing stores. We removed the roof, added a second floor, stairway, dumbwaiter and walk in boxes. The Owner and Architect parted ways, leaving many issues for me to resolve in the field.
