Sr. Project Manager of Residential and commercial land development to overseeing 283 acres subdivision responsible for construction site design and post construction phase activities. Responsible for interactions with municipalities on planning and zoning and plat recordings, city services water and sewer, parks and recreation to obtain approval of offsite plans for streets, sidewalks, traffic signals sewer etc. Responsible for preparing and issuing plans and specifications for biding, reviewing plans for constructability and working with AE team to complete bid document package.
