ERS is a division of The Industrial Company (TIC). TIC is a leader in the field of industrial construction. TIC specializes in building power and ethanol plants which make up the majority of its 2.2 Billion dollars a year in revenue. ERS specializes in the installation of potable water, sanitary sewer and, storm sewer systems. Clients include both residential and commercial developers and municipalities.
Projects:
Orvis ShoreFox, a $9.5 Million dollar, 1700 acre residential mixed use development in Granby Colorado with multiple commercial and residential planning areas and an 18 hole championship golf course. Included over 80,000 feet of water and sewer, a lift station, force main, extensive dewatering, and crossing the Colorado River twice with utilities.
Western Hills 30†Water Main Extension, a $2.8 Million dollar, 5700 foot extension of 30†ductile iron water main for the Cheyenne Wyoming Board of Public Utilities across Warren Air Force Base – US Gov. Security Clearance
Lakota Park, a $2.8 Million dollar residential water and sewer infrastructure project including pipeline & dirt work for 110 single family lots in Winter Park, Colorado.

Community Development Project Manager
Village Homes is the largest privately owned homebuilder in Colorado, developing communities all along the Front Range and into the mountains. Village Homes builds between 600 and 700 homes a year ranging from $200,000 to over $1,000,000. Real estate development projects ranging from small infill sites to master planned communities with well over 1000 home sites. Village Homes has won numerous local and national awards for neighborhood design and construction. I managed all types of community development projects from start up through final acceptance and landscaping of open areas and development of community amenities.
Project Planning
· Established preliminary budgets and schedules from preliminary plans to allow for accurate pre-acquisition studies.
· Managed engineers through the construction plan approval process.
· Bid construction plans and negotiated contracts with sub contractors and established budgets.
· Setup and managed pre-construction meetings with local governments and sub contractors.
Project Management
· Managed multiple projects and sites at varying stages of development at one time.
· Established and maintained storm water management BMP’s through out the project lifecycle.
· Managed onsite real estate development including over lot grading, pipeline, streets, dry utilities, landscaping.
· Established positive working relationships with the local inspectors and engineers at government offices resulting in smoother relationships during the home building phase of the project.
· Tracked costs, approved invoices, and updated budgets throughout project lifecycles.
· Managed the preliminary and final acceptance process of streets, utilities, city parks, HOA parks, and open space.

· Village at Creekside, Longmont CO, 9.4 acre infill site, 44 Single Family lots and City open space along Left Hand Creek.
· Crofton Park, Broomfield CO, 76 acre master planned community, 181 Single Family lots, 88 Multi Family lots, two city parks.
· Granby Ranch, Granby CO, Master planned golf course community along the Frasier River.
· Signal Creek, Thornton CO, Filings 7, 8, 9, 10 single family lots in a master planned community.

Assistant Project Superintendent, Hayden Power Plant Scrubber Retrofit, Hayden, CO
The APi Group is a collection of more than 26 independently managed companies, arranged in five industry groups, which provide specialized construction and construction-related services. Today, APi Group employs over 5,000 people and performs annual revenues in excess of $900 million.
Hayden Scrubber Project consisted of installation of over $5.1 Million dollars of insulation and lagging.
Duties included:
· Managing employees performing insulation and lagging fabrication in an off site manufacturing facility.
· Tracking and communicating through complex spreadsheets the daily production of twenty union employees on site.
· New Employee drug screening and onsite orientation and training.
· Directed and tracked weekly toolbox safety talks.
· Daily safety tracking and enforcement.
· Initiated and tracked daily communications with the general contractor, Black and Veatch Construction.
· Created and Tracked schedule and represented API at weekly schedule meetings with owners and Black & Veach
