-Managed several sub contractors.
-Assisted in planning heavy lifts with 700 ton crane and also 4100 ringer.

-Traveled to Texas and Mississippi to manage the jacking and skidding of 2 deck boxes approximately 200 yards across land on to barges to ship to Portland, Maine to complete the work.
-Supervised the crews out fitting the derricks with the drilling equipment.

-Supervised crews with the demolition of a wet scrubber system and installed a new dry scrubber that included a new bag house and large boiler breaching. Planned the heavy lifts with 2250 crane set up in a luffer configuration.
