Accountable for all disciplines documentation from project inception to completion including request for proposals, change orders, permits, invoices, payment requests, and material procurement. SELECTED ACCOMPLISHMENTS
 Completed a complex $62,000,000 6-Story Office Tower, High Security Control Center, and 3-level parking deck on an 82 acre site for ITC Transmission in 11 months from the building permit issuance to Certificate of Occupancy. Brought the project in under budget and saved the owner $1,300,000 as well as improving our bottom line.
 Created and implemented a division process for the Project Managers and Superintendents to improve the company operations.
 Instruct, support, and train project engineers and assistant superintendents.

Overall management of the company including construction activities, sales, estimating, project scheduling, permitting, quality control, invoicing, and customer relations. Provided design/build commercial and residential construction services and generated $4,000,000 in sales over two years.

Anticipate, plan, and coordinate all site activities with contractors to maintain the overall project schedule in coordination with the project manager. Review the construction drawings for accuracy and completeness. Monitor all work in accordance to the construction documents and to assure quality control.
