Served as group estimator for the $40 Million project- Santa Marta Senior Living in Olathe, KS. Successfully brought project into budget with $2 Million in value engineering.
Provided preconstruction group with accurate quantity takeoffs for a new $200 Million performing arts theater in Kansas City, Missouri.

Estimated for a professional estimating and construction management firm. Clients included some of the largest architects in the state of Utah. Met objectives of coming in under the 5% standard for estimating accuracy for most projects.
Served as an estimator for the team that successfully built the $90 Million Main Library in downtown Salt Lake City, Utah.

One of two estimators for a large, regional drilling and shoring contractor. Successful projects that were awarded included “The Big I†in Albuquerque, New Mexico, a soil-nail and caisson project with a contract award of $2 Million.
Served on the team that successfully hard bid and built the 6 story, 66,000 SF soldier pile and lag wall for the Main Street Parking Garage in downtown Salt Lake City.
