Served as a Project Manager for multiple Projects on Florida’s West Coast. Responsible for submittals, RFI’s, ASI’s, Contract writing, Proposal requests, Owner and Subcontractor CO’s. Frequently called upon to complete through Owner Rep. punch out. Executed closure of projects close upon time and all assignments, issued closeout documents and monthly pay applications in timely fashion to reflect a favorable profit margin.

Employed to control and exert authority for Cost Management for over 198 projects, which includes Residential and Commercial property, supervision included over a 100 individuals and comprised of field personnel and subcontractors. Contracts totaling over $80,000,000 our team expedited RFI’s, ASI’s, PR’s, Owner and Subcontractor Change Orders. Ran up to 7 superintendents at one time. Our Team showed a sense of urgency to close all projects showing substantial profits.

A Residential Community Project consisting of single, multifamily, and town housing. Monitored subcontractors, code enforcement and engineering standards, averaged 97-day cycle for units 2,000 square and greater, architect and client rapport strictly enforced.
