Plan, organize, and manage the overall residential and commercial construction development, primarily focused to provide subcontract services to general contractors delivering finish and rough carpentry, wood and laminate flooring, laminate countertops, hard tile, VCT, and painting. Additional services include design/build residential renovation projects and project management for commercial and residential construction projects.
• Project superintendent for 14,000 SF office building budgeted at $650K, with suggested value engineering of $70K.
• Finish carpentry for 22 units, driving the entire project to complete on time through scheduling suggestions to general contractor, zero punch list for our completed work.
• Completed installation of 12,000 square feet of wood floor 3 days early without a punch list.
